1. Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands,Hawaii and Guam,Alaska can't arrive.

If you choose Express shipping and Live outside the US,there is the custom fees may be charge.Once the customs tax is generated, buyer needs to bear it,and we also send the notify email to customers. Normally we don't offer fast shipping for customers who live outside the US,if you have specific requirement,please contact us via email.

Return & Refund

We want you to love your costume! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy makes it easy to request a refund or exchange.

Return Rules

1, Wrong size, defective, missing items, or items significantly different from our store description.

Customer should contact us within 30 days of delivery of items and email us photos to support claims for replacement or refund. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange package in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.

Return Charge

⬥ If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you include the return freight;
⬥ If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the return freight.
⬥ No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
⬥For costumes that are made to the wrong size, Timcosplay.com will make a new costume for free – if it is determined that we made the error.We will ship it out for free.
⬥However, Timcosplay.com is NOT responsible for sizing errors in custom-made costume if the customer has provided incorrect measurements. In this situation, the customer has the option to keep the original costume and receive a new item at 20% off the list price, or ship the costume back to us for revision (The customer pays for the freight charges returned); you will be charged for refix cost only.

Noted:The refunds will be returned back to you in 3 days after we accept your return request and you have offered the tracking number.The package need be returned in 30 days

2. The following items are Excluded from Return or Exchange Policy:

• Costumes/Wigs that have been used or washed
• Costumes/Wigs that smell of cigarette smoke or perfume
• Costumes with stains
